Orders are processed and dispatched from Ireland.
Delivery is arranged through An Post.

Shopping on Vinted
You can also discover and purchase selected Curated by Nugwa pieces through our Vinted shop.
Select your preferred available delivery option at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed by Vinted.
Vinted provides the prepaid shipping label or digital shipping code.
Your order can be tracked through your Vinted account.
Purchases are covered by Vinted’s applicable buyer protection and refund policies.
Packaging & Processing
Many of our finds are individually sourced, pre-loved or available in limited quantities. Unless otherwise stated, each piece is a one-off find.
We take care to describe the condition, measurements and any visible imperfections of each item. Please review the product photographs and description before purchasing.
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged. We aim to use minimal packaging and reuse suitable packaging materials wherever possible.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where a tracked service has been selected.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We currently ship using An Post throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland, with selected European destinations including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. Available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated according to destination and parcel size.
Ireland & Northern Ireland: €5 – €10
Selected EU Countries: €7 – €15
Our Irish Vinted shop is connected to buyers in: Ireland, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg
Returns
For online purchases, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the item. Some legal exceptions apply.
Return postage costs may be the customer’s responsibility when exercising the change-of-mind cancellation right.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
